Overall the hotel is very clean and the front staff was kind and informative. No microwaves in the room, the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the pillows flatten easily. We tried to use the hotel phone in the room to call down to the front desk, as there is an option on the phone for this but I’m not sure if it was disconnected cause when you tried to call down, it said it was not available. The hotel also had a very strong perfume odor. At first it was a nice scent but quickly became overpowering. I wish they gave an option for valet parking instead of making it mandatory and an additional charge.

Clean and comfortable with no extras. No microwaves in the rooms. Nice security in the elevators needing a key to get to your floor but DO NOT attempt using your digital key in the elevator. I tried repeatedly despite my Hilton app saying it was set for the elevator but no luck after 4 attempts. Finally had to go back to the front desk for a card key where they told me the digital key only works “at select properties”. Should have been told that before I got trapped in the elevator with a stranger!!!

Clean room and the best clean, modern bathroom. Very quiet location. Only parking is very limited. Pay for street parking or pay $35 for valet parking in the hotel garage. But you can't just park in the hotel garage on your own, even though you're a guest 😒 🙄

Stayed here weekend of the 17th Dec. The rooms were clean but small. I gave the service 1 star because someone from valent stole $400 from our glove compartment. We found out the next morning at checkout. We were told we needed to call the police. They knew we had to be on time for our cruise. We could not wait. Sounded like a setup to us. That was $400 my husband and a colleague worked hard for just for this trip. Shame on you Tru Hilton. All you had to do was look at the camera to see who stole our money. Hold tight to your money visitors especially if you use valent parking.
