3x 5☆ I can only rate several criteria with 5☆. I've already booked in about 12 hotels in the neighborhood, but this price-performance ratio is at the top. Cleanliness, not old, no insects, sufficiently large rooms, great quality of the beds, their size, the top location and, as is often the case in Bangkok, the friendly staff make it perfect. a small diamond. Asian style hotel with modern yet traditional rooms. Some rooms have futon style beds on the floor. Very spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms. Parking available but it’s very limited first-come-first-serve. Value for money.. though you will not get a great view but hotel is neat clean spacious and with large and well equipped rooms with eminities..

Please be careful with the services at this hotel. I used the laundry service here, with a room rate of about 1200bath per day, but when washing about 2kg, I had to pay 1910bath. The laundry price for 1kg at a nearby store is 80bath/kg. The staff has no willingness to resolve the problems that have occurred. The laundry price list was carefully hidden in the desk drawer, where I never found it and was not informed about the laundry price here. On top of that, I didn't have a single long-sleeved shirt but the laundry person still charged me, I didn't wash any scarf, and the weather in Bangkok is too hot to be charged for washing a scarf. neck. This is truly my worst experience in Thailand. I will never return here. a bad place if you want to use bts or need to find 7-11
