It's a non-smoking hotel but the security guy smokes at night and you can smell the smoke even on the 5th floor. It's a busy place and sometimes they don't have enough towels. The housekeeping was bad. The fridge was beyond just dirty; it gross 🤢. The staff are nice though.

Location is far away from any convenient store, not much choice for food too. And quite a distance away from the bus stop. There's a protruding object in the toilet that could be dangerous to people unaware.

In process of actual remodel, so dusty, loud, and not completely ready for guests. New bathrooms are large and nice though. Since in remodel, kept losing power and wifi. Very small elevator and steep steps. Give them a try in 3-6 months. Off the beaten path, only near pharmacies and not shopping areas except street vendors. Reasonably priced.
