1. Poor customer service: security just stared at me walking up stairs with my infant and luggages. Receptionist have no instructions for the room. Then the key for the room doesn’t quite work well, asked for help but she has an attitude. 2. Cleaning issue: smell of death rats in the whole hall while I’m walk in, I wanted to leave asap. However payment is already settled, it’s too late now. Overall, minus -10/10 I NEVER suggest anyone stay here.

They are failed following the contracts to the customer! Bad customer service! The receptionist lady is very rude ! She is not professional! Disrespectful , liars and she is always raised her voice in conversation! We got to move out today and we never want to come back again definitely. We are strongly not recommended to anyone considering to stay at this hotel!
