Watch out! Upon arrival, we had reserved a room with a terrace. They gave us something absolutely awful. Room that smelled facing the wall, no windows. We had to pay extra for a better room... It was already nicer, but all night and all day there were crazy bangs from some device in the corridor. The highlight was the smelly tea towel in the kitchen. We would like to add the same review to booking, but for some reason it is not possible.

The hotel's location is a highlight. Located right in the city center, making it convenient to visit main tourist attractions. Close to restaurants and shops, I found it easy to move around and explore the surrounding area. I am very satisfied with the view from the room. My room has large windows overlooking the city, creating a comfortable atmosphere and allowing you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings

Myself, fiance & our 1.5 year old baby arrived yesterday.. There was no hot water... was told "soon" multiple times... it was still not on the following day... no air con.. beds are like bricks... was given a small baby play pen as a "cot"... my baby did not sleep in it so we had little sleep... we were also charged for it when it said free on the booking... also once we arrived to our room we realised it was a "self cleaning" room... otherwise additional cost to get it cleaned... We left a day early... will not return

1. DIRTY Room, not at all similar to the website pics. Room SMELLED AWFUL and there is NO clothes rack or anything. The Room on 5th floor IS SUPER SMALL and inconvenient to stay. And honestly i don't consider myself a picky or difficult person. 2. Service is not too bad but the place made it VERY HARD for me to cancel the room when i arrived and received unfair/unworthy service like this. Should i call it a mistreat? 3. Located in a "dirty looking" solitary ward or region. Very far from the center or where the fun places are.
