We spent 3 nights at Ngan Pho Hotel. Nice looking from the outside but in reality not so much. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, cockroaches in the room for 2 days… And at last, check-out expected at 12pm they came at that exact time to throw us off the room threatening to charge us the room for another day if we weren’t out in 10min. They was NOONE else in the hotel as it is low season now. Disappointment.

At first everything was great, but suddenly renovations began. we breathed dust and listened to the drill. We were deceived that the repairs would take 24 hours, but in the end it lasted more than a week. After quarrels, we were compensated for several days of stay and offered to move to another hotel. Also, the hotel does not have parking or a ramp; you lift your luggage yourself. Carriage of 40 kg of luggage was at our expense, and the new hotel differed in the photo from the proposed one and was much cheaper, to a room without a kitchen, without a balcony, with slow Internet. So, they deceived us again (in the photo they showed me a hotel called khánh uyên 3 hotel, and moved me to Khánh Uyên 2 Hotel). On the good side, the hotel staff tried to help us, but they themselves were deceived by the owner, who misinformed about the timing of the repairs.

Nice clean room with a great view of the city. Comfy bed, minibar and I especially liked the rainfall shower head. The staff were always pleasant and courteous, and went above and beyond to help me, even with my luggage to meet the van that took me to the bus statiion. Many restaurants and coffee shops just up the Street. Very reasonable pricing. Recommended!
