Location is awesome, staff are super friendly. Showing its age and we have had some problems with AC and toilets, little run down.

The staff alone is what made this hotel special for us. We are mid way through our Vietnam trip and had lots of questions — currency exchange, scooter rental, laundry service, can transit Ba Na, beach amenities — and they were extremely helpful and sweet through it all. Their positivity, friendliness, and service were outstanding at all hours of the day. We would absolutely stay here again because of them. The view of the ocean was great from the 10th floor, the bed is a little more firm compared to American hotels but still got good nights of sleep. The bathroom is probably the biggest concern with a wonky shower set up, but we figured it out and honestly didn’t spend a lot of time in there anyway. Really good hotel but EXCEPTIONAL staff!

My first room smells so bad and the power box in the ceiling was open. We booked 5 rooms and had to change 4 rooms out of 5. The room service cleaningness was poor. The breakfast was acceptable.

I cannot stress enough how great this hotel staff was. They answered all our questions and were super friendly and patient when answering all our questions. They set up transportation for us and we’re able to rent us a scooter. The rooms are pretty typical of the type you find here but the views of the beach are spectacular. The people staying at the hotel were pretty aggressive at the breakfast buffet but that’s not on the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here.
