Dirty. So loud in the night. Cigarette smoke comes into room from other rooms. Bathroom leaks from the ceiling. Wifi barely works.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's a 1 star hotel. All staffs are rude from receptionist to manager. They don't care about customer's opinion or feedback. Don't waste your money to stay here. You will regret it. Trust me. I'm saving your day. Have a nice stay during your travel of Mongolia.

Stayed here a week. Our room was constantly smoked out from everyone smoking. The bathroom and facilities is in poor condition with water leaking on the floor. We rented a room with a kitchen and all they gave us was one pan and spoon. We had to buy everything else ourselves. Plus hiden fees because they kept the room for us for a few hours before we arrived. We wanted a different hotel but we had to already paid the price in full... I do not recommend this place ever.
