I stayed in the Platinum hotel 5 days for business. The supervisor of the hotel was super helpful and all staff members were very kind. I appreciate the services they provided and tend to stay there again if I come visit Mongolia!!! Thanks a lot

The room and bathroom is big, nice and clean. However the breakfast is pretty simple. It takes around 15mins to Chinggis khan square by walk, closer to downtown. Furthermore, the summer time weather temp is friendly. Not bad.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Good water pressure and hot water. Kettle was provided but no tea/coffee sachets. Easy to go to the corner store and get supplies. Receptionist spoke English and was friendly and helpful. Location is very good, easy to access the hotel and walking distance to many attractions and shops.

I would give this hotel five stars if not the quality of service. Air conditioning was not working at night time (just blew an air from outside as in a fan mode) and barely working day time. Room change didn't help. Multiple complaints to reception didn't help either. Cleaning was awful in terms of attendance. Make my room lights and signs were ignored through the day and every time we have to call reception. They never put a new toilet paper roll even if there was no paper at all so we were managed to call reception for this thing as well. On checkout they've used dodgy exchange rate without letting us know (although agreed to make a refund a few hours later when I found something is wrong). But rooms were big and nice, breakfast was pretty good, location is close to the city center (although surrounded by various types of clinics and hospitals).
