Stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation. The service was phenomenal. The check-in process they have is unique and taking you as a guest through all steps, including walking you to your room. They have beach towels you can take and also they offered to have a shower after checkout. (Late flight) The rooms are small but cleverly built, quiet and very clean. The breakfast in the bar downstairs is sheer amazing. So much fresh made food and a typical israeli breakfast, I will gladly come back here!

In our case problems started even before our arrival. We booked this hotel from one of their partner websites but we received the booking confirmation via email from the hotel. After a few days, we received a cancellation email from the partner website: we sent an email to the hotel for asking explanations and if we could keep the reservation at the same price. They told us that perhaps we had entered our credit card number incorrectly and the reservation had been canceled for this reason. They offered us the chance of rebooking through them by paying around 200 euros more but we refused. Obviously we didn't make a mistake in typing our credit card number as the amount paid was refunded to us: the only reason why they canceled our booking was to increase prices and earn more money. We will book in a better hotel.

My phone and wallet got stolen shortly after I arrived in Israel. This hotel was so so so helpful. They let me use the phone to make US calls to cancel my cards, and when I went to try to track my phone down, one of the hotel staff actually came and met me there to make sure I was safe and okay. The hotel itself is great. Spacious rooms, great location, clean, amazing price, and a great breakfast. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was dirty and the vibe there is dark. The service we terrible, the reception was empty most of the time. The ac was not work well and they didn't agree to change our room. And the worst was that I booked 2 times (accidentally) from Agoda and the hotel didn't agree to cancel my extra order which I didn't use, that was after the manager of the shift, when I checked in, promised me he'll cancel it in from if Agoda. I suggest you NOT GO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!

Super clean hotel…room are amazingly advanced with best leading-technology items…amazing restaurant on site…main lobby fully equipped with espresso machine/cakes and some treats…FD team super professional/helped me with last moment ck-inn not mentioned I walked inn/didn’t even reserved a room…and most importantly…YOU ARE 2-steps from the beach…and as an-originally from Israel myself I can definitely tell you HOW difficult finding any “real good hotel room” due to the high demands all year long..here you DO have it…Noah.Las Vegas תודה מיוחדת לנופר המאוד מיקצועית כולל אנשיי הקבלה שהיו מעל/מעבר…נועם לאס ווגאס
