First time here. The rooms are great, the staff is great, and the public transportation is great. The front office manager (i believe here name was Annie, I apologize if I got it wrong) was particularly awesome. Super nice and patient. She went above and beyond for us, foreal. We saw her nearly every day of our stay walking around making sure all the guests are comfortable. Everyone here was amazing, highly recommend this place.

We had a great 4 nights at Surfside resort. The hotel is impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The café was smaller and had somewhat limited options but the offerings were decent quality (we only had breakfast here). The pool was great. The bar was very nice as well. This resort represents one of Universals more economical options but we found the quality of the facility and the amenities to be top notch and well worth what we paid. We spent a majority of our time in the parks, left the hotel early and came back late each day. This was a perfect place to clean up and rest between our adventures!!

Such a beautiful hotel. It is hard to believe it is considered a value resort. The rooms have high ceilings and are nicely decorated. The beds were super comfy. We decided to stay in a two bedroom suite and we are so glad we did. A lot of room for our family of four. This hotel had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very impressed with the bus service to City Walk. Our longest wait for a bus was five minutes. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly and helpful. It was so nice to have a Starbucks right in the lobby! We were so happy with this hotel stay that we would not hesitate to stay here again. Loved everything about it.

We stayed for one night because the next day I was visiting a college with my son. The lobby was great and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room has plently of space. There was a beautiful pool with a pool bar, arcade, food court, Starbucks, and a gift shop. The parking garage was close to the hotel. I will definitely be back. There was nothing I didn't like.

Great experience! Very quick and easy to get around with local transportation and public transportation. Would have been a complete five stars but we came for the New Year's Eve experience at City Walk and it was okay. Fireworks weren't that spectacular and the crowd was way too thick for a single narrow passage exit after. However, the personnel, the service, the rooms...Everything else was five star all the way. Would recommend. Maybe just find an alternate New Year's Eve venue?
