The Sapphire Falls hotel was quite nice and felt very modern. All the staff was friendly and helpful. All the restaurants in the hotel had excellent food and drinks. I appreciated the water taxi the most as it was a quick and easy way to get from the hotel to City Walk and the parks. As for the rooms, the beds were comfortable which is hard to do these days as most hotel beds are not comfortable. My only real complaint about the rooms is that the sink area really relied on the light up mirror to provide light into this space. While it was somewhat adequate, I would prefer a pendant style light fixture instead. The one little in ceiling light was not enough either.

Facility was fantastic, accommodating and had all you could want in a resort. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and engaging. The rooms had a warm and inviting feel and had all the amenities. You can hardly get any closer to Universal parks if you stayed there. Would happily recommend this place without hesitation.

The rooms are nice and roomy and clean. Great housekeeping staff. Perfect location and easy access to CityWalk by boat and easy walk to Royal Pacific next door. Guest Services, although very nice and friendly, they didn't really give us any insight of the hotel amenities or other perks available, such as Early Park admission times, etc... We visited during the off season, but the hotel was nice and quiet.

Amazing Hotel for families and also pet owners. Very clean and nice smelling on the floors. Rooms are big enough. Hotel has two big restaurants( in both food is amazingly delicious, service is super nice) and a get and go breakfast place inside. Their pool is very big and nice as well. For going to universal studios parks, you can take either bus or boatWe did an amazing experience.

We LOVE Sapphire Falls over any of the Universal Resorts. We have stayed at all of them and prefer SF, even the premier resorts. The water taxi is a great way to get to the parks, and such a nice ride anytime of the year. The atmosphere, decorations, the smell, the staff - makes this a great home away from home. We have made a lot of friends with the staff and enjoy talking with them and getting to know them. I recommend this resort to everyone that asks where they should stay. * The Christmas decorations they have are beautiful as well 😁
