Spent one week at this resort and although it was a cold rainy week (so no real use of the pool area) I'd definitely stay here again. The suites were so well kept, and the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. They had card games, and board games available for indoor play, and a tennis court, and basketball court to play in the interim. They also have a fire pit (also by the pool area) area for teenage or adult hang out sessions, and great for smores making, also the use of a BBQ grill if needed. This place is completely family friendly.

Oh man, the bed! If you like sleeping on concrete these beds are for you! The resort itself was good. The people friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. My wife took all of the pillows off of the beds in the second bedroom and created her own pillow top mattress. It was the only way she could sleep at all.

Hotel was amazing beautifully updated ,great location just few miles from universal ,stores ,and restaurants ..The pool was heated it was cold out side and it was so nice to swim the hot tub was nice size and they have fire pit,grills,and many outdoor games to play.just couple cons couch in room was very uncomfortable, cleaning fee was higher then most rci properties and a tacky magnet on fridge asking to load dishwasher ,strip your bed which is stuff we usually do but when paying 145 cleaning fee hmm. All in all i highly recommend this property .

The rooms are pretty standard for bluegreen properties. Our biggest downfall of this location is there is not enough parking. Many people were parked in the grass or made their own parking because it's so limited. You also don't actually have a place to park in you need to check in. The check in is on the opposite side from where you park. The biggest plus, this is close to everything. 5 minutes from Universal. And plenty of shopping areas and restaurants close by without having to hit a bunch of lights or get on the interstate.
