I selected this lodging primarily for its proximity to Universiti Malaya and the commendable maintenance of its rooms. While the accommodations were generally satisfactory, parking became a notable concern. The presence of frequent events around Mahsa often resulted in a scarcity of parking spaces, compelling guests to seek external parking solutions at an additional cost of RM 7 per day. It's worth noting that the on-site hotel receptionists, though not particularly friendly, efficiently fulfilled their duties.Don't anticipate a particularly friendly reception; even during check-out, I handed over the key, and the receptionist simply nodded, without much interaction. The mixed experience with the staff did not significantly detract from the overall stay. For those planning an extended visit, the potential extra expense for external parking should be taken into consideration. The size of the facility was a noteworthy factor, as it tended to feel crowded, especially during peak periods. Despite this, the well-maintained rooms and the overall positive aspects of the stay made it a suitable choice for a short-term visit. As with any accommodation, individual preferences and tolerance for potential inconveniences may vary.

If you saw previous review about the rude receptionist, i had a nice check in experience with them. Maybe they had replaced the receptionist there or i just got lucky. The room was sparkling clean and cute. Have an adequate space to pray for muslim. I just park my car beside the road and it totally safe to do so. I find it a hassle when we need to go to the lobby to iron our clothes bcs they just provide one iron for the whole hotel. Got shops in the building and it was a nice stroll there. Also got the famous and viral pokok cafe at the ground floor. So far, i like my stay and will consider to book the place again. Worth the price. The hotel was cute too. This is the most recent review. Book at your own risk but i had a good experience

Checking in was easy but the staff is rude and doesn’t look friendly, didn’t greet you first and didn’t even have a welcoming face more like a judging face. I booked 2 times for a different dates, so i wanted to explain and asked the receptionist to give the same room for those two bookings under different name but he (a filipino guys i think) rudely decline my explanation and then just rudely being like ‘i know my job don’t asked me what to do’ but he doesn’t understand actually what I’m was trying to say.He was being angry with us and after my friend like scolded him a but for not wanting to listen to our explanation he immediately be nice and not rude. IT WAS NOT HARD TO NOT BE NICE OKAYYY. The room was okay i got a room with connecting doors and we can hear what the next door people talking. So no soundproof. No coffee or tea in room, only mineral water. Only small bottle of soap n shampoo. No 24hours room service (no room service at all) Housekeeping not available. The breakfast was at the cafe downstairs and only serve you starting from 8am - 11am so if you’re looking for an early breakfast, don’t take the breakfast in your booking. it was great food. if you’re bringing your really malaysian parents who eat nasi in the morning, it would not satisfy them. Because you can only choose one menu for each person. They only have nasi lemak and other was just bread and egg, grill cheese bread, croissants. Not many parking available in the venue area and one day park rm7. Iron only available on the lobby floor not in the room.

Service and staff Bizarre and rude staff. When I handed over my passport the manager said “British” as if he was shocked where my passport was from. Incompetent receptionist I had to say my name to her four times before she understood what I was saying after I spelt it out. Previous hotels I’ve been in tell you about amenities and facilities staff did not do that. Room Please explain why a sink is in the room and not the bathroom no handwash provided either. According to staff the shower gel is handwash. If not visitors have to provide their own. Room had dirty sheets and mud on the floor and hair on the bed. I had to ask to change rooms. New room still hair on the floor, wifi and tv don’t work properly and bathroom smells of pee. Really disappointed as I stayed in a lovely place in KL and Langkawi. Wanted to cancel but wasn’t refundable. Don’t waste your time going to this place
