Apartment styled hotel, though service is good and requests are met promptly. The condition of the room and facilities leave much to desire. There are no toiletries in the apartment and shower room does not have an area to hold the shampoo/body wash/soap other than the edge of the floor. Towels seems clean but you can tell they have been used extensively - no bleaching is ever done. Door does not have a bolt lock nor a lock which makes all of us nervous. The hallway around the stairs and elevator has no air conditioning. Saving grace is price is fair especially for large families on vacation.

Love my stay here; very convenient, great rooms and beds, and super attentive staff. Made it 5 stars as the current score of 4 really is far too low for this place. Bangkok can be a hectic place, so it's worth it to splurge a little on a comfortable place in a very safe area, yet close to everything. Suitable for both business and tourism.

Stuck in the 90s and terrible service. Hard to pinpoint what was wrong it was just poorly maintained, we had 2 young kids with us and they need a TV occasionally, this thing was like Michael Scott’s plasma TV . We were booked for 4 nights, which we weren’t prepared to stay for, asked to leave after 30 mins and hoped to get a refund which they promptly refused. Wasted €500+ but I’d rather take the loss than stay here. I saw some other ppl complaining whilst I was in the lobby. Do yourself a favour and keep looking.

Stay there with my family for 3 nights when we visited Bangkok last month. Overall everything was nice, we loved the pool on the rooftop and could see the city from there. The apartment had two rooms with balcony in each room, nice and functional kitchen, soft bed but the I think it will be better without the mirror opposite to the bed. The furnitures were a little bit old but generally stuffs were still in good condition and clean. Nice walking around and few restaurants around, too. 8-9 minutes walk to the closest BTS 👍
