Only the staff who took care of the cleanliness and cleanliness of the room was good. Apart from this, the person at the reception did not help us buy anything for the child from the cafeteria even though we were 5 minutes late, but said that you could buy food with money. In this respect, I did not like the hotel at all. I will never choose this hotel again. They cook the fish without cleaning it. The inside of the fish was very bitter. When I bought the orange juice from the cafeteria, they said yes, we will bring it right away. After all, they say a glass is $3. It's a shame that something like this happened when they should have told us in advance. However, when we checked in to the hotel, we were told that all meals and alcohol were free.

The red sea water is the most beautiful sea I've ever seen. Fish in abundance, clear blue water. The staff was nice but always trying to make sales. Please negotiate everything you want to buy. Surprisingly the staff speaks more Russian and Italian than English. It's a safe environment, you can leave your stuff by the beach or pool and go swimming, nothing will disappear. I would love to go back and try another hotel to compare but this hotel was great. The food was tasty. A lot of no name alcohol and you have to pay for drinks after midnight. I guess it's for the people that can't handle their liquor. Overall definitely worth going, it was an amazing experience for my wife and I. PS watch out for the bed bugs! And it's not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Unfortunately Pyramisa Hotel fell very short of what had been promised or advertised. The hotel was full of building works, most of the restaurants that had been published were closed due to the works going on. Our premium sea view room was dirty and very tired with old and dirty sealant in the bathroom, the small balcony was dirty and had birds excrement on it, the chairs on the balcony were old and the wood stained towels that were draped over. It was advertised as a 5* hotel but certainly was nothing of the sort. The minibar was supposed to be refilled every day and was never replenished during our stay. We did complain about the room and was offered a room on the next floor which was in exactly the same state. The hotel stated there was a 700meter beach - in fact it wasn’t a beach but sand on a cliff. The small 100’ beach was an absolute disgrace. My only favourable comment is there were some nice personnel working at the hotel. I have taken lots of photographic evidence of the disrepair and building works at the hotel and will be sending them to trip advisor.
