( + )This hotel has a good view anyway, but only in restaurants, especially on rooftop. ( - )The staff is so so so unfriendly. They suddenly turn off the light when we hang out on the rooftop (10 pm) without asking for permission. R.i.p. hospitality. ( - ) the bathroom outside the room (at balcony), and it's really hot, no air circulation. ( - ) My room has a balcony, but you are not allowed to smoke. Meanwhile, the lady staff smoking vapor inside the restaurant.

We found this place in new Year Eve. Had no rooms, just came for dinner and drinks. The wiew was simply amazing. We got table in second floor with stunning wiew to the bridge, fireworks, weather was pleasant. But all service except sitting by the table was a disaster - for kitchen hard to find correct words at all. Drinks for 4 of us came in different time, with 30 minutes gaps between each. Food came in same way, some haven’t come at all. When I asked for no spicy, it came super spicy and without cutlery. Salads by the main dishes and salads in general been prepared for rabbits but not for human-beings. No sauce, nothing. From all 5 dishes (from which haven’t came one because it was forgotten) only plate with fish and chips looked okay. I recomend this place for a drink (if they would manage to bring everything together), beautifull wiew and great location. For food highly recommend to find another place.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here for supper and drinks. Our room is clean and tidy and a great value. The dining area and bar areas right alongside the river and it was absolutely wonderful experience very romantic.
