The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff were very nice. I can feel their attentiveness to their guests. The reception could recognize my name before I identify myself. They always greeted and gave way for me whenever I crossed paths with them. The room was also great. Amenities you need for a sea trip are already provided in the room. They also provided a turndown service in the evening. The hotel has many activities to do, so don't forget to check their activities schedule when you arrive at the hotel.

We spent 3 beautiful nights here as a couple, and wanted it to last way longer ! The hotel is simply wonderful with a professional service of the staff, well located in a quiet place and really nice setup (50m swimming pool....). Included breakfast are awesome, i would just suggest the restaurant/bar to get a better value for money (nice dishes, but a bit too expensive for the spot). Thanks a lot to you all, see you again soon !

One of the best equipped hotels I've stayed at. So much attention to detail has been included in the hotel design. It's a hotel you can relax at but at the same time there's lots to do. It has what you'd expect from a hotel built in the last year but also a lot more including a climbing wall, very well equipped gym, classes, and an Olympic sized pool. The staff were all very attentive and breakfast was amazing. I'll be back.

Refreshingly different approach. Not a 5 star resort, where you lie the whole day at the pool and drink Chang Beer, but it is rather something for active and health-conscious people. Especially the 50m olympic pool is amazing. Complimentary SUP renting and of all relevant swimming equipment is great. The newly open Beach Club adds a new feature - it is nicely located. Not 5 stars due to: - Breakfast good (not wow) - some staff members lacking basic English (it is getting quite annoying when you tell them COLD (Ice) Cappuccino and they BRING them hot…. So really the basics of the basics are missing here…

Outstanding hotel! Loved the facilities and the breakfast. The fitness centre is way better than any other hotel gym we’ve seen. The only cons we found was the happy hour bar is in the kids pool. Drinks were also pretty weak but they were tasty. Check out also took a while. The spa was lovely, one of the best oil massages I’ve had. Also spent time in the Onsen which was great. Would most definitely come back.
