The apartment is nice and clean, but it has air conditioning and it is only in the hall. The rooms are without air conditioning. There is no bidet, may God bless you, in the bathroom. There is only one elevator for the 25-storey building. The entrance to the building is far from the street and above Talat Al Hail, especially for the elderly and the elderly. Do not enter by car because the parking is private. Its location is very far from the center of Tbilisi, so it is not suitable for tourists. Its location is remote and very hot. The landlord is not cooperative with the price. I would never recommend living there. For its price, you can get a cleaner hotel closer to the city center.
