The hotel is in a handy location, the rooms are clean and neat, and the staff is friendly. It’s not fancy, but it’s a comfy and quiet place to sleep. The bed is good, but the small bathroom can make showering a bit tricky due to water splashing. They don’t serve breakfast, but you can get a cup of coffee. It’s an okay choice for the price, just keep your expectations in check

Stayed in a small single. Compact and ideal for one person for one night. Room had all the facilities except tea and coffee making. These were available from a shared area outside…actually a good idea. Not on a bus route but near enough.

The hotel was dreadful. The room we stayed in was adjacent to reception and also on the ground floor next to the main road so it was very noisy. There are 2 doors coming out of reception directly outside the door to our room which were banging and squeaking repeatedly through the night. No soft closers installed and it didn't seem staff were attempting to be quiet with them either. We could also hear every conversation the receptionist had and everyone entering and leaving the building. We had very little rest. On top of this the room was filthy, mould on the curtains and the doorframe in the bathroom, shower head was vile, exposed wires in bathroom, disturbing brown marks on the wall next to the bed, random lightbulbs on the side and general cobwebs and dirty walls etc. The room was small but sufficient, no TV remote available despite it being too high to operate manually and only the main light worked . Hotel is in a good location but that's the only good thing I can say about it. Do not book this hotel if you want any rest or to be able to get yourself clean. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere with some standards, this is not worth the money. I'm so glad we only had to stay one night but even that was awful.

The location of this place is perfect for anyone needing a cheap room in Central London. The employees were helpful and friendly. However, as we wanted breakfast and this place provided breakfast we thought it would be ideal. Breakfast turned out to be cornflakes with milk and nothing else. Disappointing. The room was not ideal either but it was cheapish, so can’t moan too much. Still enjoyed our break.

Only got 1 because I couldn't give a zero. Rooms not cleaned until I asked on day 5 , they didn't do I had to ask again on day 6 ( I had to buy clean towels) When I asked at reception to have the room attended they staff were rude making out I was lying about the room not being cleaned. They left rubbish in the corridors for days on end ( a fire hazard). The security staff walk by like it was nothing. ( the security staff were very polite I must say). The door to my room had a 3cm gap at the bottom ( I looked like it had been force open at some stage and not repaired)[see pictures] The bath plug was mould and rusty ( see pictures) they staff said it was normal! No shower curtain in the bathroom and the floor was always getting soaked. The lifts were a nightmare one bank did not work and the other bank, was overwhelmed. Don't stay here at any cost , it will ruin your stay.
