Stayed here for three nights from April 29-May 1 2023. The location is fantastic especially for the price (even despite our very last minute booking). The rooms were very clean and looked brand new. They’re small but what do you expect for the price in this location! Zero complaints. Check in and check out were super easy and the hotel is super responsive via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommending staying here as a couple over a long weekend trip to Milan!

The room is great, the location even better in the luxuary area, 10min walking from the duomo and nice bars, 15min from linate airport with the M4. Please note they do not take the american express so be prepare for your business trip or if you are an american travelling Just one négative point, the service is oppressive as they will ask you several time your arrival time, I told them 6.30 tp 7.30 pm and at 7.31 they were calling me on my cell Phone while I was still at the airport due to a late flight. If I want to be treated like à kid maybe I can sleep at my mother place, at least it is for free.

Check in was smooth and fast, downside is the lift is pretty small. During our stay there were probably renovations going on which was incredibly loud. Walls were thin and neighbors were a little loud. Clean place thiugh

Located within the fashion district, just off of the road down a small alleywall up on the 3rd floor, Velvet Grey Boutique Hotel can take a moment to find. Service was good during our two encounters with the staff there who were polite, helpful and courteous. Extended check-out was much appreciated and the lady on reception called us a taxi to the station which came quickly. Room - A little dated and in need of some TLC around the edges, but spacious and functional overall. The balcony was a nice feature to have. Small fridge, coffee & tea-making facilities. The TV with Netflix functionality was a fun bonus also!

Just checked out from the hotel, and I just wanted to get out of here as soon as possible. My husband and I spent two sleepless nights here because of endless mosquito. I saw a review two years ago mentioned mosquito, and I am surprised that after two years, this hotel still does not do anything to help guests deal with mosquito issue-even if it's just a mosquito repellant in the room? NOTHING! And we asked the front desk for mosquito repellant, and they don’t have anything. So if you come in the “mosquito” season, don’t choose those hotel!!!
