Excellent location. Nice room, good breakfast. Walking distance to all the historic sites, restaurants and public transportation. When you book contact hotel for verification. I came in with reservation number and everything, and was told that they don’t have my reservation as I did not check back with them so they can verify I was coming. On their site they did not ask for full payment, it had option pay on arrival. (They explained, people book without pay and don’t show up) would be nice to know as I did not had any issues with paying in full at booking. ! Should have booked with Expedia, booked 4 different hotels with Expedia without any issues. Still they were able to accommodate for 1 night as they had availability. Staff was nice, room was comfortable. Except this booking issue it was positive experience. Would stay here again, as location, proximity to everything is short walking distance.

I highly don’t recommend this hotel and this staff! I had been in 28 February there,everything has been reserved and paid in advance from the tourist agency,meanwhile I went there in 08:00 a clock 28.02.2023 and they asked us 50 € more to go and take the room we had reserved.I asked the staff ( a negativ person as you enter the door) why I have to pay more and he said because the room is more expensive. I said we had reserved before 2 weeks with this price and he said : yes, but now the room has this price( 50 € + ) . We had been forced to pay 50 € more or to go out. In the end our tourist agency found us and better hotel with a good price for 30 minutes with name “HHK hotel downtown” which has a better staff and better conditions.

I highly recommend this hotel for location, clean room, price and the best part is staffs! I met three hotel managers and they are very fast to response to my requests. They said they make sure guests have a great time at the hotel. They knew my name even I haven’t met some because they make sure their guests name and room! I actually booked another hotel after this hotel originally, but I need to cancel and come back to this hotel because their customer service! The reason I cancel the second hotel because they act like they are very important people than their guest. The room looks pretty but smells like a cheap chemical cleaner which caused me headache. They agreed the strong smell but they said I must have some Allegy to the smell, but hell No! The smell was even on the pillow and sheets. When I said that to this hotel manager, he said this will never happen here! I felt very safe here. Also breakfast was very good!

Clean rooms, good location, nice breakfast on the top floor, AC in rooms, the personel was extremely nice! The staff knows very good English, they helped us communicate with the taxi driver who knows only turkish. They also helped us with a weight measuring device for luggage, pretty handy for the flight. All recommendations for the Hotel! Good work! 👍

The worst hotel ever.Awful Hotel.Terrible hotel.I wouldn't recommend anybody from a western country to stay there.Doors banging at night, a lot of noise,People shouting at night,very dirty, very run down, untrusted staff and workers who don't do the right thing for their guest.They will let you down.They are liers.Massive liers.Don't trust them.This place is trash.I cannot describe my terrible experience with them and how unpleasant it was.I will give them a zero star if I could.The worst hotel ever.Very very very bad.Awful
