The landlord was responsive and he provided me all details related to the apartment! I arrived in advance and he agreed to do the check in 3 hours before. Then, he was very kind to offer beverages, foods and all his availability during the entire day and even late night. The bedroom was clean and the large windows reduced at minimum level the noise from outside. There was air conditioning and it was very important because of hot weather. The bathrooms were cleaned every day and the entire apartment was fully equipped, including extra objects, things that usually you pay in hostels. Thanks a lot!

It is a very good bed and breakfast run by a single host. Location is amazing for young international travelers and the atmosphere of the real student’s University district. Pedestrian zone without cars. I paid the cheapest price in Bologna center available during my stay. Check avaibility because it is not open every day. Respect check in time and make agreement with the host about time of arrival. Better to read carefully the policies of reservation before booking. The bad reviews here are made mostly by people who did NOT stay in the property and did not read and respect the policies and the rules and they are written as revenge and not assuming their own mistakes.

A wonderful place with a lovely owner who constantly takes care of his guests and cares for them. A well-kept apartment in a great location, especially for students, right next to a lively square. I recommend it to every tourist, I will definitely come back

The owner is super rude and impolite while I am trying to be nice and asking him could we add money to upgrade the room to a private bathroom. I’m just asking to see if there’s availability, I don’t mind even he told me “no”. And after the questions of asking if we can add money for an upgrade, he started to be impolite , I told him to be relax and don’t be mad. We have paid 5xx euro for two nights for a shared bathroom in a hostel) Im just asking why and want to know if that matters to a late booking so next year I can book earlier to avoid the expensive price. He is going insane , and deleted all messages on WhatsApp and starting to insult me saying I create problems .🥲 ( I think telling him the fact that I’m not paying cheap for a hostel will trigger his anger). This is not a safe place to stay for such an emotional guy as the host. I think he is a crazy guy , hope this review could help people to stay away from troubles..and please think twice before you book this hostel. What an experience! To reply the owner's response on 24th May,2023: I'm so sorry that I'm a young lady that not the one you mentioned, and I'm so sorry to hear another lady's experience at your place! That means so many different people suffered from your rude attitude, not just me. :)

During my stay I fell I'll for three days and during that time the owner texted me everyday to check how i was doing and to see if there was anything he could do to help. He offered to call a doctor even! Besides this he was very helpful in recommendations to the city and was usually only 10min away in case of emergency. A man who really cares about those in his B&B. During my time out and about, the location was prime! Right in the university district brings an exciting nightlife atmosphere with easy access to the main square and shopping district as well. Would recommend, would stay again.
