Rooms were not really what i was expecting..Needs some upgrades. Thank you to Richard at the front desk for your attention to my needs going above and beyond while visiting the hotel. You made my visit to Bogota memorable.

The lobby is quite nice, comfortable to work, read, or just chill. The staff is very helpful and polite The pictures of the rooms are kind of deceptive. These are not well lit, looked old and no cared for. The mattress was uncomfortable and there's not AC. Though is one of the best you can find around the area; considering I was attending a funeral and wanted to stay close to the funeral home.

Place was nice, the room was good, very friendly people. Tho the service at the bar/restaurant is a bit slow. Overall my stay was positive.
