The hotel is located in a very good area for business purposes and the price was very reasonable. The room I was given was pretty small, but it had everything I needed: Large bed, TV, small desk, Minibar with snacks and bathroom with a hot water shower. Breakfast was included every day and it was a buffet style with hot options such as eggs, ham, arepas, etc. It is served on the 2nd floor and was good overall. The hotel is located next to 'Calle 72' which does get busy traffic in the early weekday mornings, and evenings so you can expect some noise if you leave your windows open. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at BS Rosales and I would certainly consider them for my next visit to Bogota.

Lovely big rooms, very modern. 5-10 min walk from lots of nice restaurants. Nicer area to explore Bogotá, staff very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room is clean and modern, the location is very safe, and the staff are friendly. The bartender Margarita speaks very good English and makes an excellent spicy margarita! Breakfast is good but the bar is great. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, you will likely hear your neighbors and be heard by them.

The hotel is on a prime location, there are several restaurants to eat nearby and also there is a market closeby. We paid $247.00 US dollars for an extra night, the other three nights were arranged on a tour with Gate 1 Travel company. The hotel doesn't give you a bottle of water, all other hotels give you two bottles of water per day. The hotel offer free breakfast, but is falsely advertise as a breakfast buffet, in reality is just a continental breakfast. The pictures on the website are not what the offer. The place where you have breakfast is very small, probably like 12 tables for two people each one, and a couple more on a small patio, but opening the sliding door is nearly impossible, takes a lot of muscle. The restaurant says that they open at 6:30 am but they won't open till 7:00 am. The bathroom door handle on room 405 is coming apart. The room is a nice size, and it has a safe in the room. The room comes with only one hand towel, two full towels and no washclothes. The room have a coffee machine, but again, there is no water and coffee is not replenish. Seems that the walls are very thin because one can hear the conversations that people are having on the other rooms.
