Beautiful communal areas, very friendly and attentive staff who even helped us work out some flight issues. We stayed over Christmas in a junior suite and it was amazing! Beautiful design and right by the sea so you could hear the waves as you went to sleep. We signed up to the Christmas gala dinner and it was such a fun evening with great entertainment and even better food, would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to spend Christmas abroad but do be aware the weather can limit how much you want to use the pool etc if it’s rainy/ cooler season. We loved our stay here!

This is our 3rd time here. We love it so much. Its the place we dream of when wanting to be away. The staff are incredible, they greeted us so warmly. They remember us!. The accommodation is wonderful, lots of types of rooms for all price ranges. Shuttle t the Old Town is available. We just take a taxi, very cheap. The food is wonderful, last night we had a BBQ, such a fantastic array of food and it was not a huge extra cost but we'll worth it. The beach is a great place to relax if you don't want to be at the pool. Close to many many golf courses too! We love staying at the Victoria Resort and Spa in Hoi An our most favourite place in the world.

Where to start....the people. They are all wonderful at Victoria, but one standout was Diem. Thank you so much for all of your extra help like the train journeys for example. It was a last minute decision to expand our time in Hoi An and recalling a recommendation by a friend, I did not hesitate as a surprise...and then booked a second night!! And do the motorbike sidecar trip, so cool. We did not make it into the hills in the north with this lingering, but all the richer for the experience at Victoria, the memories and of course, we will return! Annie and Darin

Victoria Hoi An Resort was a chill paradise. Right on Cua Dai Beach, like an oasis. The rooms were seriously comfy, we were blessed with one of their ocean fronting suites with balcony. Abosolutely loved the layout of private outdoor shower and enjoyed Sauna sessions at their Spa. The staff were so attentive and super friendly very welcoming and they hooked me up with all the details, from transport to local spots. The amazing pool with the palm tree skyline overlooking the waterfront was exactly what we needed.And during our stay we borrowed the free bikes to explore the nearby beaches. You could also borrow kayaks and cruise the river. Food? Breakfast buffet was legit, and on-site eats hit the spot with a mix of Vietnamese and global flavors. Victoria Hoi An Resort is the real deal for a laid-back, top-notch Hoi An getaway. Totally worth checking out
