prices are quite affordable, but some details really disappointed me. i stayed for 4 nights and was told that if i wanted to have my room cleaned, i’d need to ask for it 24 hours in advance. for a room that is so small that bathroom door couldn’t open fully because of the bed, i think this request is a bit strange. in the room i had one plastic cup that couldn’t even fit into a tiny sink to get water for drinking, and couldn’t hold my toothbrush because it was a single use plastic cup. one teabag and couple of instant coffee bags, this quantity seemed embarrassing for 4 nights. no toilet brush in the bathroom and only half a bottle of soap/shampoo/body wash gel.

Hotel in a good area. The rooms are small and clean. receptionists are friendly. Great location, a very good price! I will definitely come back again. Thank you

Stayed one night on our way back through London recently. Good location, close to Pimlico station with several pubs, restaurants and cafes near by. Had a room on the very bottom floor, below the reception area. Felt like a basement suite in someone's house. The room itself was clean with a few amenities but nothing special. The staff were nice but didn't seem overly friendly or engaging. Fine for a quick visit but I wouldn't want to spend more than a night or two.
