1. Location and maps. From the very beginning google maps used to show the wrong address. When I arrived to Sharm and said to the driver the name of the hotel, he used google maps and typed the hotel name. When we arrived to nowhere: no any sign of the hotel Palma di sharm resort or smth like that. I was almost crying, because I was alone with two luggages and it was almost the night. I asked the driver to call using number, indicated on booking website. They gave him the correct address. Eventually, we arrived to the place called Palma di sharm Hollywood resort (is it completely the same as indicated on booking? No). Ok, finally we were there. After that case I asked google to change the address on maps so other tourists are able to find that hotel 2. The hotel is old and need renovation. Strange figures, dirty pools, no animation. The food is so bad… at the price of the hotel were included breakfast only (150$ per night). Nothing tasty on breakfast, i even didn’t remember do they offer some vegetables or fruits or not. There was only instant coffee… furniture is old and dirty. 3. Ok, I was staying there for just one night, because of the long transit flight and was looking for some hotel to have a rest. But still for 150$ I was hoping To find something better than what I’ve got.

Frankly, it is a wonderful hotel and very, very respectable people. I did not expect hosting in this elegant way from all sides, from the beginning of the reception, the reception, the room service, and the restaurant, especially Chef Tamer, a very, very respectable man. Frankly, the whole hotel is beautiful and the people help you with everything. The swimming pool is very clean and they care about it very much, and the cleanliness of the rooms as well. Masterpiece

Very bad hotel. I would never recommend approaching him There is not enough air conditioning in the reception. Waiting 3 hours until they clean the rooms Swimming pools are in maintenance and maintenance chaos everywhere. The employees do not respond with tact and lack of courtesy. Whether at the reception or elsewhere. I don't know why. The food is very bad. very. . The beach is also very, very bad. The management mind of the hotel or resort is very, very bad. Although the infrastructure and buildings could be used as an international hotel. Half star hotel
