If you’re planning to go to the tourist strip, out to bars, party, etc. then this location is perfect for you. While we did spend time out late, we were hoping to sleep by 1-2 am and it was incredibly loud in our room with the patio closed. The hotel services were very limited with food ending shortly after lunch, but the breakfast options were quite good. Our room had a light not working, an AC that would not go within 5 degrees of the programmed temperature as the system kept shutting off regardless of if it was manual or auto (so we were stuck between 24.5-25.5 when we had it down to 20 at times). My husband asked for milk or cream for his coffee in the room and on the first night they said the only thing they have is expired (!!!) but they still serve it (!!! X2) and on the second night they just said they don’t have any milk or cream and when he asked where we can go out to buy any, they just said they don’t know. Pool upstairs was very nice and a beautiful view. The street art piece outside is very cool but honestly you can take that from the street. Not bad but not for us.

Beautiful boutique hotel very clean, friendly staff, good healthy breakfast options. Infinity pool and comfortable bed loungers on the roof top. A bit pricey especially for out of season but would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay at vila maria! Looks just like the pictures- was so clean (and gave new clean towels each day) and the rooms were gorgeous. The rooftop pool was also fantastic, with an amazing view and lovely loungers. Great location with easy access to the strip and right down the same hotel road is the most beautiful beach

Overall a very good experience as 7 of us stayed here. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and thought it was very clean and the service of staff was good and professional. However my door was stiff and wouldn't close which evolved us having to tug on the door everything to close. Even the cleaner left the door open 1 day and someone couldve early come in. So the cleaners should be aware and the staff. The breakfast had plenty options and was okay, nothing special. But the staff were very nice and there is a nice pool and seating upstairs. They play chilled music and the access in and out of hotel is very good. Some people were playing very loud music and mabey the staff should politely ask the guests to turn down. But overall a nice experience and it just needs a few Improvements.
