Lovely place to relax and enjoy a stellar view! Loved the pool, breakfast was very nice, AC was effective. We will recommend to friends. Lots of stairs but we took our time since we’re in our 70’s and it was fine. Several restaurants nearby.

Beautiful mini-hotel in a lovely location on the hill with breathtaking views from 80% of the rooms. As soon as you get there, you will park your car at the reserved parking area, and then you need to go up the hill (over 50 steps up). Please note that if you can’t do this type of workout. If you are ok with that, you will love this place! It is beautiful, well maintained, with friendly service. It felt like home for us and the other two other families that stayed with us. Alessio (host) helped us with everything we needed.

Villa Alba d’Oro is one of the hotels I will always remember for the rest of my life! Was it the stairs, stairs and even more stairs that take you higher and higher thinking with every step: where are we going? But once arriving, overlooking the pool with a spectacular view, while the hosts took us to our family room… it felt like we were coming home. The family room actually consists of 2 rooms, each with a connecting balcony with enough space to have your own breakfast served right there for you each morning. And the sun chairs overlooking the bay. Great cosy rooms, a wonderful and fresh bathroom. Here, Italian romantic style does go hand in hand with quality and clean proper 4 star classiness. Extra thanks to the hosts who were very helpful, friendly, welcoming, highly recommended. This is one of the hotels you call a rare find, a perfect hideaway, you’ll always cherish the memory of your stay here.

Our stay at Villa Alba d'Oro in Amalfi, Italy was nothing short of amazing. Alessio, the host/manager, was incredibly accommodating and patient. He provided us with valuable information, including bus times and even helped us rent a scooter. His assistance was instrumental in making our stay hassle-free. The staff at Villa Alba d'Oro were exceptionally friendly, especially during breakfast. Their warm smiles and hospitality made us feel welcome and appreciated. Without a doubt, they were some of the friendliest staff members we have ever encountered. The accommodations at Villa Alba d'Oro were comfortable and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location of Villa Alba d'Oro was perfect for exploring Amalfi and its surroundings. 5 minutes to Amalfi and 30 minutes to Positano. Overall, our experience at Villa Alba d'Oro was exceptional. We cannot thank Alessio and the staff enough for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Our stay in Amalfi would not have been the same without them.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Alba d’oro. The property is stunning and the family touch made it the perfect stay. The room was beautiful traditional style, breakfast was home made and served with a view, the villa is very pretty with an infinity pool and Alessio was the perfect host - extremely caring, attentive and helpful. I would recommend staying here. Do note that as it is in the amalfi there are stairs, but there is a lift for bags. Also it’s a little further out from the main town but easily accessible by bus taxi scooter or car. I can’t wait to return next year! Thank you
