Villa Angeli - Casa per Ferie

Stayed with my partner & two teen kids for 3 nights while we visited Rome Taxi man had some difficulty finding the location, more to do with the unusual one way gated system used on the street…but the directions given by the hotel are perfectly accurate Check-In was seamless, the lady explained that the Rome authorities had increased the tourist tax since we’d made our booking and was at pains that we understood why the extra charge ( not a problem, we understood) …we were allocated a bright spacious room on the 4th floor. The bathroom looks like it was recently refurbished as has the room too. It was clean, equipped well and spacious. Air con was well spec’d for room size and worked perfectly. The fixed in place hairdryer was not working correctly ( grinding sound) and when we asked about getting a replacement, a repair man appeared literally minutes later with a whole new unit and fixed it into place….very impressive. We did not partake in the breakfast facilities as we ate each day in the city The Metro A line is a short walk away, but be aware the hotel is on high ground and it’s a difficult walk if you have any walking difficulties ( I have really bad knee problems…but managed), the 46 bus route is about 2 minutes walk from hotel with a much easier walk So all in all, we were VERY happy with our stay here and especially considering other hotels we had stayed in closer to the city were more expensive and dirty dumps….Villa Angeli was absolutely perfect for what we needed The patio/terrace on the 4th floor was great for sitting outside and chillaxing after a hard day sight seeing with tables & chairs available on the terrace. We will be back!!!

Villa Angeli, beautiful place located near to Vatican City. Rooms have a new equipment. People there are very nice and helpful. They helped us with everything what we need and every day they had positive energy and smile on their faces. Thank you. ❤️
