Nice and clean place, pretty close to everything you should see when in rome. Very nice house lady! Give's lots of helpful informations before arriving. You can have free coffee with a mashine at the corridor. As many people already say, the warm water in the shower has quite a low pressure. But is enough for what needs to be done under the shower ;-) I would come again to this place!

We had a fantastic stay here! It was very clean and tidy, beds are very comfortable, there’s AC, shower has great water pressure and temperature, it’s quiet, there’s an elevator and location is fantastic. We walked to the Vatican and took a short bus ride to other classic touristic places. We (four adults) stayed for three nights, it’s spacious enough for everyone and their baggage. Ilenia was a fantastic host and was very attentive to anything we might need. I strongly recommend this place.

Had a lovely time here during my one week stay in Rome! The room was very modern and clean, quiet at night due to it being on the 5th floor, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was a bit apprehensive of the old elevator at first, but it’s in perfect condition and running smoothly. My only suggestion would be to add a latch to the doors just as an extra layer of protection for peace of mind, specially for women traveling alone, since the rooms are right next to each other and the doors only lock with a simple key. Regarding the location I couldn’t have asked for a better one, literally everything I could ever need was nearby - ATM, bus and subway stops, supermarket, and pharmacy, with the added bonus of a pizza place and a gelateria on the ground floor of the building. Many of the main attractions are within walking distance and everything else can be easily reached by public transport.
