We had an amazing stay at Villa Copenhagen; the hotel itself is truly beautiful. Contrary to other reviews mentioning small rooms, we didn’t find our room small at all; it was a decent size, and honestly, we had the best night’s sleep there. The room was quiet, warm, and comfortable. One evening, we dined in the lobby area when they had a live DJ playing. The atmosphere was really cool—relaxed, yet it felt like dining in a very nice restaurant. Plus, the food was delicious! The service throughout our stay was incredible; everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Our stay included breakfast served downstairs in a large space. There was so much choice, from cooked food to fresh fruits, meats, and cheeses, and the fresh pastries were amazing! The location is ideal; the central station is a couple of minutes’ walk, practically opposite the hotel. This meant we could take the train to and from the airport in just 15 minutes and use the metro for getting around the city. Overall, we highly recommend staying here; we felt there were so many little details that made our stay really special, and we would love to return if we are ever back in Copenhagen!

I stayed for 5 nights in the coldest week. The same reception lady helped me checked in and out, she is a very nice young lady. She did purposely put me to a room with a desk for business use, and facing inside but not outside. However the room is at 1st floor, under the room is the bar kitchen, in which they constantly had loud noise moving stuff. The noise did not disappear even after 11 pm, it doesn’t help sleep at all to a person who is having a 6 hour jatlight. In the next morning, I have requested a room change since I really need a quiet room to sleep and ready for meetings during the day. A reception lady rearranged a room at 3rd floor at the same location in the building. Overall the stay is very good. The breakfast was good, the fresh baked croissants are very good. The location is super convenient to take trains, and there is a metro too. The price is expensive, even in the winter not many people were there. The room is very small to the price, but decor and light fixtures are very nice. Not all receptionists are friendly, some are just talking like you didn’t pay. In addition, you can only adjust room up to plus or minus 3C, without knowing the actual temperature in the room.

Location was perfect - very convenient to get to most attractions and the airport. Also loved its proximity to the trendy Meatpacking District where you can find many nice bars and restaurants. The room (superior) was small but well designed and equipped. The shower was also compact but again nicely designed so the size didn't bother us too much. Breakfast was decent - good selection generally and the pastries were exceptionally good. The breakfast area was huge and did make us feel like we were on a cruise ship. The gym, pool and spa area could have been nice, but it was simply too small for 390 rooms. There was no changing room or lounge area so guests were hanging out in the hallway outside the spa which was rather strange. Overall, it was a decent hotel but they could be a bit more generous with their amenities given the price of the room was EUR 300+ - for example, provide free slippers, offer free use of bikes (rather than charging EUR 15 a day) etc. Photo - view from room 1178

Beautiful hotel right by the train station and Tivoli. The lobby was gorgeous & you could eat dinner there instead of the restaurant area. The room was nice (if not a bit small), with lots of drawer & storage space. The bathroom was also a decent size. For a 5 star hotel though I would have liked to see some more amenities- like slippers & additional toiletries. The gym was average/a bit small. We did not use the pool. Breakfast was lovely, with a decent selection of items. They did have some gluten free breads as well.

This hotel is close to the Copenhagen central station, and the metro station. From here you can easily access many of the famous attractions either by subway or on foot. The standard rooms are very tight, so you may consider raising the budget and order a larger room. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, a gym and a nice and grand restaurant in the basement. The room is sufficiently lightened. It's quiet at night, though you may hear a little noise from upstairs occasionally. The service at this hotel is top class. The people here are nice and reliable.
