Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa

The staff was the only exceptional part of this stay. They were helpful and friendly. The room was just ok, not what was presented online. The bathroom was not very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was not easy, but getting anywhere in Napoli isn't easy for someone who is a stranger.

We had an extraordinary experience at Villa Elisio. Everything went wrong, during our trip to Naples, but here we received great help. The people there treated us super nicely. After bailing out of a moldy airbnb apartment, where we originally booked a stay, we spend the night at Villa Elisio, so that we can plan further the next day. They gave us a very welcoming reception and a last-minute room. Our stay for just the night was so good, that we stayed there for the rest of our trip. The receptionists reorganized all their booking, to make this stay possible for us with as few room changes as possible.The people working there are super friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help us in every aspect. The rooms are very clean, the airconditioning is works really fast, although the rooms are cooled down anyway when you enter, and the beds are (at least in our experiences) the best we had in Italy so far. If you arrive by car, you can park directly in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and rare in Naples. Since it was late as we arrived, they offered to order us food, so we don't have to rush out again, since we were pretty done that evening. For the breakfast there were not much vegan options, but when speaking to the people there, they offered us to organize something for the next morning, which worked perfectly (we got small rolls, donuts, and mini pizzas). There is also a nice and quite large garden that can be used at all times. A bus stop with connections to the city center is just across the street. We definitely recommend Villa Elisio to anyone coming to Naples! Their staff is the best
