First and foremost, the owners condone their staff stealing from their guests. A considerable sum of money has been stolen from my purse which I left in the room while having breakfast. We received no apology, it appears such incidents are considered a norm in this establishment. Moreover, the photographs of the rooms are misleading, and so are the descriptions: rooms are smaller than advertised and tired. Overall, this place feels cheap and unwelcoming, there is no way this is a 5*, it is a 3* at best, so do not let the good review fool you. They only care about their profit here, not about their guests, and it is evident wherever you look and in every interaction with the owners and staff. The only positive thing I can say is the view from the property is spectacular. We left after one night even though we were booked for four, as the experience overall was shockingly bad.

I had a very wonderful stay with my Wife for her birthday. It is a very beautiful place, it has beautiful town and seaview. The breakfast was so delicious and scrumptious. Martin and Marilyn (The owners) are very, kind and friendly,They have been helpful a lot especially in making my Wife's birthday special from the first day we spoke via telephone. The staff too is so friendly and helpful in anything you need. I plan to visit again next year, i love the place

A gorgeous B&B that’s more like a hotel! The rooms are fantastic, furnished & decorated in excellent taste. So many nice little touches. The views across the water and to Knysna Heads is amazing. The breakfast was unreal, belly buster stuff! Also the owners are very sweet and great for any tips on what to see/do in the area. Would happily stay there again next time.

We had a wonderful experience at the Villa Paradisa, Marilyn and her staff were extremely helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was first class with stunning views over Knysna. Martin also did us proud with his amazingly cooked breakfasts each morning, definitely up to Gordon Ramsay standards! Villa Paradisa certainly deserves it's five star classification.
