The worst hotel I have stayed so far. They don’t provide anything I need (water, slippers, toothbrush…) The room is very small and you can hear every noise outside. The bathroom is small too but the hot water is stable. The smell in the room is terrible. Just like a smoking room. Location is great. If I can choose again I won’t stay here anymore. If I can choose again

We literally had to shower with the toilet, as it was not separate from the shower, flooding the entire bathroom. No service to leave luggage neither before check in nor after check out. The room was small and the location very good.

Very nice stay for a double room. The room was decent sized and also came with a private balcony with a table and a drying rack. The price was very reasonable (only around $70). The staff was very friendly and helpful: responded to our question on Facebook, helped us buy a ticket for the volcano tour, and also helped us print our Ryanair boarding pass. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station

Excellent location and a cozy place to relax and unwind. The bed was small and firm, and the shower curtain does now cover the entire shower so every time you take a shower the bathroom floor gets soaked. And the mini fridge would only freeze everything. Tried it at every temperature setting, maybe I have to leave the fridge door cracked open so it doesn’t freeze everything inside. With that said, it was still worth it for the price and the location.
