It's refurbished to an extent. However, the convenience of having a lift to rooms is missing. Rooms are decent, but the overall set up needs overhaul.

located in the heart of city. rooms are big and with attached washroom but not enough living space and sofa. also no micro wave oven. need to call kitchen if u need reheat foods. room service not upto the mark.u have to call at least twice for any service. room furnitue is old. but the exterior of building is amazing the swimming pool and kids play area is very good. also the open air dinning is amazing. the most important thing is free and enough parking

We appreciate all comments as they help us improve our services. However, after a thorough investigation, we were unable to find any stain or proof of insects you have mentioned and even your friend in the room did not face any issue during her stay. We take pride in offering fair and competitive rates based on the current season and market conditions. and sorry because we were unable to offer you the rate that you had requested to extend your stay with us. kind regards, Hotel Manager But when a person is on the spot, they don’t even try to resolve the situation!!!
