Lovely hotel with spacious rooms, very clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory, and the hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location is not the best, but you can easily reach taxi by taxi all the important points. A minus was the air conditioning can not be settled or stopped in the room. Was too cold for us.

From the name of the hotel itself, ROYAL! You’ll end up feeling like a Royalty the moment you step in. The staffs were helpful and accommodating, the rooms are very spacious and royalty like. I forgot the guy that assisted us but he was great. A must hotel to stay when in Abu Dhabi - the location is great as well as it is in the city center. Everything is accessible.

DISAPPOINTED with their customer relationship management. This 5-star hotel offers opulent, spacious rooms with a royal-like infrastructure that exudes luxury. The well-maintained premises create a lavish ambiance. The extensive menu provides a delightful variety of culinary options. HOWEVER, the downside lies in the POOR customer relationship MANAGEMENT; staff exhibits attitude issues, appearing too FULL OF THEMSELVES. It's crucial for the hotel to recognize that CUSTOMERS ARE THE LIFEBLOOD of their business for sustained success.

I don't know how you got 5 stars. Smells like an old woman's house. I have an allergy to dust, and it get worst in this hotel. Because room is dirty, with dust smell. They offered to change the room, but it didn’t help, it was the same there. Breakfast is awful. I advise you to add some money and stay in another hotel. The staff is friendly and tries to help. This is the only advantage of this hotel.
