I was disappointed of what I faced. The room is been changed do they changed the location of the building and we have no information about that. The service is lower than expected. Found I used towel in the room, requested another one, they said they will provide it the next day. The room is small however they said they will provide a junior room ( barely it was fitting).

I've never walked into a place and gagged. It was so hot and it stunk so bad, I immediately opened all the windows and put a fan on. There is a half step into every room that is a horrible tripping hazard. Only a glass partition between the bedroom in the living room. And no door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. My dad and I could not stay, it was the most uncomfortable apartment and we aren't the picky type. We got another apartment for the same price that was a million times better. They would not refund us even though the apartment stunk and was so hot, we were there for 15 minutes. Please do not get stuck here, it will ruin your stay. Stay in old town, near the water. Vision apartments are a 'modern' nightmare.

The apartment was nice, the customer service was responsive: I've sent a repair request on email in the middle of the night past midnight, the technician came to take a look at the issue in the morning, it was fixed the next day; the nametag was put on the mailbox the next working day after I've sent a request to get one; they responded quickly to my billing and extension questions. Internet was stable, which makes it way better than in the place I stayed before, but it was not particularly fast: 30 Mbit/s. Why is it that in the city where 1-10 Gbit/s to your home costs mere 50 CHF a month hotels and furnished apartments that charge 3000+ CHF a month always have Internet speeds that are at best acceptable but never great?
