Visited September 2023 PROS: Lovely clean, well-appointed apartment. Nicely furnished seating area, TV, etc. with lots of lighting and ambience. As this was a ground-floor apartment, it had good secure shutters and pretty curtains for privacy Very comfortable double bed with feather pillows. Fully equipped little kitchenette with washing-up liquid supplied. One caveat is that it only had 1 cooking pot (two would be better!). Very clean shower room with hairdryer and pleasant smelling toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap dispenser provided. One extra-large bath sheet and one large bath towel. Both towels were beautifully fluffy and white. Location: roughly 25-minute walk to main Zürich HB train station or 30 minutes if you are heading to the bus station. A short walk takes you to the tram stops. WiFi - Free and very good connectivity. CONS: Friday nights are a little noisy, but as Zürich has a thriving night life and social culture, it's hard to find perfectly quiet streets. No instructions were supplied for TV or other HiFi equipment. My only concern was a seal missing from one side of the shower cabin, causing water to leak onto floor. I would definitely recommend these apartments for either a short or long-term visit.

I've never walked into a place and gagged. It was so hot and it stunk so bad, I immediately opened all the windows and put a fan on. There is a half step into every room that is a horrible tripping hazard. Only a glass partition between the bedroom in the living room. And no door in between the bathroom and the bedroom. My dad and I could not stay, it was the most uncomfortable apartment and we aren't the picky type. We got another apartment for the same price that was a million times better. They would not refund us even though the apartment stunk and was so hot, we were there for 15 minutes. Please do not get stuck here, it will ruin your stay. Stay in old town, near the water. Vision apartments are a 'modern' nightmare.

The stars are because the location, very well connected with public transport! The apartment was clean. But floor 0 super noisy in the night. They forgot put hand towels. The light of the entrance of the apartment didn’t work properly, was on and off all the time. In conclusion is ok for be 1-3 nights max but no more than that.

1 star for location, dated building, 2 washing machines (it's hard to find a good time to do laundry), no Internet whatsoever in the room, tired furniture and worse the customer service is really poor. These guys will chase you via all means of reaching you if you have to pay them a few CHF, if they owe you thousands (from the safety deposit) they are super late to reimburse it (waaaaay more than a month) and when you ping them they don't answer for days... Other than that it's amazing.

Furtnitures are worn. We got one that was 100% different then the one on the website(completely different furnitures). The bed was crawled by a cat, the windows were completely dirty I saw the fingerprints of the animal on the window glass. Ergonomically unusable kitchen plate we had. It was dirty when we entered the apartment, of course no money back when you start your journey here. I could tell on and on but I would just piss myself off..
