Beautiful Hotel. We booked it last minute and the staff was about to leave, but they stayed late just to get our room ready for us and they were all very nice about it. But the room was very clean, GREAT AC and a beautiful view! It's a great location, too! It's in the heart of all the things you want to see, with short walks to see them. The breakfast was great too! There's fruit, yogurt, meat & cheese, cereal, pastries and they do a great cappuccino too! And I must say, me and my friends got the triple bed room. And the small sofa bed is what I got, and considering that I'm 6'3" and 290lbs, I had more than enough room and was very comfortable too! Can't wait to bring my wife. She would have loved it! Better book fast, because the rooms go quick! Trust me, I know! I tried extending my stay, but it had already sold out.

I booked the property for clients who arrived from Israel on a last minute layover flight, trying to get home during the war. Upon arriving in Rome, several rooms were promptly booked for the family, including young children, and they arrived at the property after 11 pm. However, upon repeatedly trying to call and ring the bell, no one was able to admit them to check in, so we had to find a different property for the night. The children were tired and the adults exhausted, and I felt sorry for their predicament. The property is closed after 8 pm and, although the booking was able to be confirmed after that time, no one was able to assist with checking in whatsoever. The booking should not have been able to confirm if they can't accept anyone after that time. I tried my best to persuade the hotel the following morning to offer a refund for the booking they were unable to honor, however they outright refused. The hotel called me out for not calling them before booking, and even though there is no way they would have otherwise rented out the rooms, and had no way of honoring the reservation, they are keeping the full reservation funds and offered $0 refund. The family is traveling on limited funds, and this is not a vacation but rather a repatriation stay. I am trying my best to try to help them keep their costs down as much as possible, but the hotel is not being considerate on the matter. I would not recommend this property.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! We booked last minute and the staff was so polite and patient. They stayed late to set up our room, and the room was perfecto! And a beautiful room too! The breakfast was great too! Pastries, cereal, meats, yogurt, fruit, and cappucino! If youre looking for a place to stay in rome, this one is close to everything! So dont miss out, and book early!

They allowed us to book two rooms late at night for that same night, even though the fine print has checkin from 3-8pm. We only saw this on the confirmation email after booking! My family with SIX young kids was left literally on the streets of a foreign country at midnight with all our luggage and nowhere to go. We finally managed to find rooms somewhere else and now this hotel refuses to give us a refund!!!
