they have been upgrading the hotel is good. only thing is they do not have kitchenette. is microwave and refrigerator only.

Very nice room layout. We had a suite with two bedrooms and 2 baths. Very disappointed with breakfast. We paid extra for breakfast bit all that includes is cold food. There is extra cost for hot breakfast. Our room did not include a cooktop, and we were expecting one based on photos. To make it worse, the refrigerator did not work and maintenance did not fix it even though we asked.

This hotel needs to be updated. DoubleTree is known for being a high quality hotel. However, this hotel is far from that high quality status. Following is a list of things that I saw is low quality. 1. The Bathrooms fixtures are rusted. 2. There was no attention to detail when putting up the wall paper in the bathroom. you can see glue everywhere. 3. The entire hotel has not been painted in a long time. 4. The Kitchen appliances don't work, covered in dirt and are outdated. 5. The room lighting is very low very hard to see in the rooms. Even the maintenance men opened the curtains because they didn't have enough light to work. And they commented on it also. 6. Charge high prices for below quality room. There are many more things to say. All of the points are leading to the hotel needs an update.
