Vogue Suites

My husband and I just came back from Santorini after spending a week there and we cannot say enough amazing things about Vogue Suites. Since this was a celebratory 10 year anniversary trip for us, we wanted to go all out in Santorini since this was where the majority of our trip would be (we spent the other week in Athens and Mykonos). When we booked this back in March 2023, I was a little nervous because we specified that we would like the Honeymoon Suite with the Hot tub and Caldera View. The hotel mentioned that it was first come, first serve which I didn't quite understand since we booked that specific room at the time of booking. But, I wasn't going to stress about it though....we were going to beautiful Greece!! A week or so before our trip, the hotel reached out to us asking if we needed a transfer from the ferry to the hotel, which we said yes. I can't even explain the rockstar treatment we received from the moment we got off the ferry. Our transfer was there waiting for us.....a Mercedes Benz private transfer bus with comfortable leather seats. I was expecting a regular SUV with no frills, like in Athens and Mykonos. We felt like we were VIP's in this thing lol. We arrived at our pickup point and Dionysus from Vogue Suites was there waiting for us. Hands down, Dionysus is a ROCKSTAR!! We didn't get the memo about small luggage when traveling to Santorini (our first time) and since we were there for two weeks, we had a lot of luggage and big ones too. He happily grabbed our bags and began the trek to our hotel, which was a 7 minute walk from drop off point. Dionysus was with us the whole time, even checking us in (he seemed like the only one there when we arrived). When entering the Vogue Suites, I was blown away with the outdoor balcony where we waited to be checked in. It had several chairs and seats, a hot tub and a pool with the most beautiful view of the caldera. I was excited to see our room but a little nervous since we asked for the Honeymoon Suite, but it wasn't guaranteed at the time of booking. Check in process was super fast and super easy and Dionysus even offered restaurants as well as tours for us to do while we were there. He also setup our pickup transfer to the airport for when we left. Then we made it down to our room. We were blown away!!! Not only did we get the Honeymoon Suite, but we had a huge balcony, with a hot tub overlooking the caldera. Our room was huge too! A big living room, bedroom and bathroom. The best part was that it was of Cycladic style, so you felt like you were staying in a cave. And the view was unreal!! I was a little concerned with people walking by our room constantly but unless they were going down to their room (two guests the whole time we were there), no one passed our balcony, so it was extremely private and secluded. The cleaning lady was a sweetheart and would come by our room every morning to tidy up and refresh our towels if needed. And we would see Dionysus making his rounds of checking and checking out people, so we would always bump into him which we loved because we would sit and chat with him for a few. He was such a nice and friendly person and at the end of our trip, we considered him a friend. We had the most unforgettable experience staying in Oia at the Vogue Suites and because of the way we were treated, the gorgeous room we called home for a week and the staff, especially Dionysus's welcoming demeanor, we would def stay at the Vogue Suites again. Thank you for making our anniversary trip a memorable one and thank you again Dionysus for your awesome hospitality!! You are the BEST!!

Bedbugs Nightmare! Run! Awful experience! After booking one week in this hotel we only stayed 1 night! Bedbugs all over the sheets, under the mattress, infestation! Bad mouldy smell, outside with low maintenance or none. Awful surroundings smelling of cat’s urine! The worst hotel of Oia, rude management, no reception in the evening, the bell boy seems in charge of everything. Never again! You better go to Anemomilos not far away or Aiefos Traditionnal Houses! The two best in town we stayed in.
