Theodosia was extremely inviting and such a lovely host. The suite we had was big, clean and modern and looked right out onto the pool which made for a lovely setting. We spent 4 nights here and have nothing bad to say about it. The breakfast was lovely and lots of it and Theodosia was available 24/7 if we needed anything (we didn’t but it was nice to know). Very quiet, relaxing location and only a 15/20 minute walk up the hill to the main town of Oia. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just an incredibly lovely place. It’s so calm and idyllic. On top of that, the owner is very caring and nice. The breakfast is served to the room’s terrace, where you can start your day in a relaxing fashion. Getting to Oia is also super easy, either via a transport service (organized through the owner) or walking (ca. 20 minutes).

We had an absolutely incredible stay! The breakfast delivered every morning to the porch was delicious, and the view from the porch and the pool was very relaxing. The best part of the stay was the host - she is so kind and thoughtful in making sure that every detail of the stay is perfect. The location is close to Oía and a winery, and the host can help arrange a taxi or rental car for not walkable places. I recommend this place to everyone that wants to visit Santorini!

Theodosia was the NICEST host I have ever had! She was constantly reiterating that she would assist us with anything we needed which included arranging all our transportation and ordering takeout for us when we wished to stay in. The breakfast was phenomenal, delivered to our balcony sitting area at the time of our choice each morning. The view and pool were lovely.

I give 5 stars because unfortunately I can't put more!! My boyfriend and I stayed in the Executive Suite: large and super clean rooms, giant and very comfortable bed and modern and well-kept bathroom. Theodosia is such a sweetheart, the best host you can wish for! She is always smiling, welcoming and available 24 hours a day for any problem/doubt/need. Breakfast was so delicious and abundant that you could even have lunch with it! Daily cleaning of the rooms, new towels (upon request also for the pool) a bottle of water, soft drinks and capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available. Really good location: a 6 minute drive takes you to Oia. It is also possible to take a walk there (needs you 30 minutes but we made it and did cost us no effort at all). What can I say, I highly highly recommend it!
