Best experience at Aspa Villas. Perfect location, clean and comfortable accomodation. Near supermarkets and restaurants. Great view and private hot tub was a big plus. The hosts Nikoleta and her husband were very welcoming and hospitable. We also received snacks and wine on arrival. And helped us with all our requirements during our stay. Thank you and we hope to be back soon.

Such a beautiful little place, the rooms are small but very nice and it’s very quiet in the suites. Just around the corner we had access to their caves sitting area which had amazing views of the sunset. Nikoleta was really friendly and a joy to chat with. If we come back to Santorini we’d stay here again.

It was an incredible location, fantastic amenities and the staff were so friendly and helpful! The views from the terrace were like a post card and just a little up the road, you had an incredible view of the sunset! We would definitely go back- I think it may have been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

We stayed in villa #6 and it was AMAZING. Very convinient location just outside the walking street which makes it very quiet and peaceful. At the same time you are in the scenic town center after a 5 minute walk. Everyone of the staff was helpful and accommodating with information and fun little chats. Even if the furnishing of the room is a bit dated, it is fully functional and equipped with everything for your stay. On the second floor you have a huge terrace facing several directions - including the most beautiful view of the sunset over the entire town of Oia. Not to mention the jacuzzi which is also up there. Being quite higher than the other buildings also gives you privacy while on the terrace. There is also the most wonderful surprise when you enter, which makes everything better *hint hint* check the fridge *hint hint* Highly recommended. Will stay here for sure if i will return to stay in Oia!

We had a wonderful stay at Aspa Villas. The location was perfect in Oia. Located just before you get into the madness of the crowds, plus the view from their property is incredible. Restaurants, markets and shopping were all within walking distance. The bus stop is across the street which we found to be the most affordable way to get around. Vazeos car rental/taxi was also right across the street which we found to be a good deal as well. We were treated very kindly by the staff at Aspa. The room we had was nice, clean and came stocked with basic food, snack and drinks which we thought was a nice touch! Nice hot tub and pool. This is a smaller hotel so it was nice that we could enjoy the pool and there was always space to lay out or go in. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking to stay in Oia!
