Worse experience I ever had. All AC were broken and was extremely hot Couldn't sleep at night besides noise from other apartments.. Not clean at all. Only one towel for 5 people . Avoiding it by all costs is highly recommended

We enjoyed our 5 nights stay for our KL city tour at Vortex, KLCC ! Excellent location, flats are well maintained, tidy and minimalistic in set up. Bed rooms, kitchen, utensils, utility room all superb to get a Home feeling! Also check in and check out quite hassle free and our Host(Lovenest) was so caring and helpful! Certainly we will return and recommend our friends to stay here for next KL trip.
