Arrived earlier than the check-in time and surprisingly the room was ready, so we can get a quick rest. It's located very closed to St Louis station, walking distance to a few famous eateries. Breakfast have a wide spread of local and international choices, ready to order egg station and coffees. We tried both the local and grilled for dinner and it was really good! especially the burger. The overall room was slightly dated but great stay.

I would come back here again and again. The staff and the service was beyond exceptional. The rooms are tidy and clean. We stayed in the 2 queen bed corner room for 2 nights and it was perfect. The only con for me was lighting other than that our stay was perfect. The staff that work here are amazing and accommodating. The bed was so comfy great location and wonderful restaurants.

This is a really lovely hotel. My friend and I travel to Bangkok. The bed is one of the best things. Super comfy and soft. Ohhh… don’t forget to have the w coconut, so cool. Also there is a morning market nearby, so chill and many native will come. Def a great memory here.

I probably need to explain the overall 3 star and why the service is not up to my expectation. Being a Marriott Ambassador member, I had the oppotunity to stay at W Malaysia, Qatar, London , Singapore, and my review is comparing W Bangkok with the other Ws. Room was great. Service and Facilities were excellent. The downer was Breakfast. Staying 4 nights, breakfast seems a bit boring and quality of food, both at buffet counter and ordered were not a par with other W experiences. Breakfast services also was a bit lacking due to slight communications issue. All in all, probably bread and toast from 7-11 bangkok were better. Again, I would not have held W Bangkok at such high standard as if I were staying at Courtyard or Holiday Inn.
