Pros: Best breakfast ever. The variety might not be the most, but the flavors and qualities are impressive. Friendly staff caring for details. Nice location, at the heart of Bangkok. But this also means transportation is a headache. Cons: Hotel rooms are all on lower floors of the building, views are mediocre. Failed to upgrade to suite for Diamond even though we have 3 people, but understandable given the holiday season. Even for regular room, it’s not ready until 5pm! The hot water supply is very unstable, can’t believe it happened at a super 5-star hotel… The construction site on the park view side is really a minus. But understandable. So overall, I’ll give 4 star. May come stay again during some off season, for the breakfast.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Service was impeccable and we felt extremely taken care of the entire stay. Breakfast variety is not great but the food quality more than makes up for it. They also have a valet service for the car which is so convenient. Perhaps we came during off-peak season so it was quiet and peaceful around the hotel. Only gripe is the hot water supply is unstable (not as hot as I would like it to be) and water pressure not strong enough. But overall a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again should I return to BKK.

What can I say? From the moment I walked into the hotel, the warmth and friendliness of the staff stood out. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. My room was pristine clean and every amenity one could hope for was at hand. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. I especially like the spacious seating arrangement. The food selection was diverse, catering to a variety of palates and of premium quality. Dining at The Loft was another highlight. The place was both chic and cosy. The wine selection was good and the food was cooked to perfection, hitting the mark on taste. My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From impeccable service to outstanding facilities, it truly offers a five-star experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city and I look forward to my next stay.
