I came with my husband to the hotel during the festive period and it was one of the greatest experience I've ever had because our stay was fantastic. One of the hotel Staff *Moses* was really helpful, right from the door step to the room. He was really attentive and gave us an excellent service. Everytime we are going out to take a taxi, he always ask us if we need water because water is life. Definitely coming back here next time but in all, the team is very cooperating. Thank you for the great service, we love u guys.

What a totally fantastic place to enjoy a fun and activity packed holiday. Every member of staff at the hotel was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was first class. The rooms were large and spaceous and kept incredibly clean by the service team. The food was excellent and plentiful. The choice at the breakfast buffet was enormous and there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate in returning and am already looking forward to booking again next year. Thanks for a fantastic time.

I usually come here for a beach day/pool access. They have a 21+ pool area and the access is only 200dhs-250dhs I believe, most of which is redeemable. I absolutely love this place and the vibe of it. They also have hour 2 for 1 drinks from 4-6 or 7. I get the Wagyu beef salad for lunch usually and it’s super delicious. The only downside maybe is that the building covers up the sun rather earlier than I would’ve liked by the pool, but you can definitely continue your day by the beach area. All in all, service is great. Mr Samad is very personable and humours, making my experience at the W a pleasant one.
