Loved this place was so comfortable. The room and bathroom was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue my partner had was not plug for her hair dryer and straighteners by the mirror but small easy fix. Would recommend this 100%

I was thoroughly impressed with this charming establishment and its exceptional staff. Their welcoming hospitality made me feel right at home. The check-in and check-out procedures were both seamless and efficient. My room was a delight, equipped with cooking facilities and offering a breathtaking view of the city. The misleading online pictures are a significant concern, as the reality of the rooms didn't match. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, even in budget hotels, and feeling unsafe due to disturbances like late-night screaming is unacceptable. The atmosphere resembling a brothel is deeply concerning. Additionally, encountering rude and unwelcoming receptionists adds to the negative experience. This establishment seems unfit for guests' safety and comfort and warrants immediate attention to ensure others avoid similar distressing encounters. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

I stayed here last year after flying back into London from work over Christmas. The Deluxe studio I had wasn't available, so I went for the standard. It was up 3 flights of stairs, in a separate building to the hotel, up the street and around the corner. 3x smaller but it was the top and the view was nice of the street and buildings. Tiny bathroom and the room was well utilized, but still very small. I was able to cook fine, however the guests on the studio next to me would slam their door and shake and startle me. The soundproofing is poor in that case, and the WiFi was really bad also most of Christmas Day. I wouldn't stay again, unless I had the Deluxe or Family suites as the standard is not the best experience.

I loved my stay at this Hotel 🤩 The rooms were spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. 👍 The hotel is located in a great central location, just a short walk from all the major tourist attractions. 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so you'll never be stuck for something to do. 🛍️🏩️ Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Awesomeness to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay . 🏨 It's definitely worth the money! 💰💰💰
